AC Engineering along with our Partners will provide services listed below with Signed and Stamped Plans and/or Reports by California Registered Engineers.

As an added feature all consulting services conducted within our office is FREE of charge!

Civil Engineering: Grading Plan, Drainage Plan, Erosion Control Plan (BMP), Water Quality Management Plan (WQMP), Hydrology and Hydraulic Study for Project.

Structural Engineering: Commercial, Residencial (Design, Calc & Inspection).  


Land Surveying: Topographic Surveying Map, Sub-Division of Properties, Lot Line Adjustments, Lot Merger, Pad Elevation Certification, Boundary Surveying, and Staking Projects.

Geotechnical Study (Soil Engineering):, Geotechnical Investigation Reports (Soils Report), Percolation Feasibility Study.

Additional Services: We will provide the client a list of potential Licensed Contractors and Graders to select in order to complete the project. We can refer sources that work on your behalf to obtain the necessary paperwork and permits.
